the location proved excellent, right by the museums! i appreciated that a large grocery store was just a short walk away, so convenient. blackout curtains were very effective in the room. the staff greeted me warmly each time i entered or left.
upon arrival, there seemed to be a mix-up with my room. they indicated an overbooking issue, but there was an employee error. despite an apology, a small gesture like a complimentary breakfast was not extended.

the reception staff were helpful I received clear directions to nearby attractions. breakfast included a decent variety of options there were fresh pastries and fruit. my room had a spacious window it let in ample natural light. the bed was comfortable allowing restful sleep.

the hotel's location was convenient. museumplein was only a short walk away. i found various supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes nearby. access to the airport was easy thanks to a direct bus that stopped at museumplein.
the lighting in the room could HAVE been better, as it was a bit dim.

the room included three twin beds that were ideal for friends traveling together. daily cleaning services kept the space tidy, with fresh towels provided. an air conditioner was in the room.

the tram station was very close. it made going everywhere easy. i also liked the good size room.
the person i met around 6pm and at breakfast was unpleasant. this affected my stay because i am people's people.
